Maelar
Maelar the Terrible, the strongest of Jargsnek’s sons, was driven by an unquenchable thirst for blood. Myths surround his character, depicting him as embracing a vampiric diet, though these accounts are not well proven.
Vampirism aside, he did quench his thirst temporarily by murdering any and all whom he deemed unnecessary to his rule. He committed three acts of fratricide, including the slaying of his youngest brother Eurlin, from whom, by repute, he received his infamous facial scar, and he attempted patricide against his father Jargsnek.
According to the Redeemed saga of Jargsnek’s life, Maelar was the malevolent cousin from whom Jargsnek ultimately defended his nephews.
