- Crisis Upon Raetun The simultaneous, multi-front catastrophe gripping Raetun in the late First Century After Firestorm. The Drakhullic Dominion of the west presses inward under the Great Tyrant Viedskavn; in the southeast, a rogue necromancer threatens the coast of Telnon; in the steppes, the warlord Yyod has displaced his brother Maelar's warband into the deep north. The continent stands on the precipice of annihilation.
- Viedskavn Crimson Emperor and Great Tyrant of all the Drakhul. Born Tergarus, eldest son of the previous patriarch; took both his father's seat and the dynastic name with it. Crowned Grand Tyrant in 50 AFS after consolidating the Drakhullic north under his banner during the Warring City-states Period, and has reigned for nearly half a century. In 85 AFS he launched the first Drakhullic Invasion of Raetun, opening the Western Front of the Crisis Upon Raetun.
- Raetun The principal continent of the eastern hemisphere of Nurrheim, formed alongside Mok when Oykrig tore the ancient supercontinent of Mokrae apart in grief-fueled rage at the climax of the War in Heaven; principal homeland of the Primeveans and seat of the Nortr dynasty unified by Þordil the Great.
